well thatīs urban talking (slang) for the act of making out (kissing) or having sex with somebody... specially if that person is not your boyfriend or girlfriend.
I will show you how the word is explained in the Urban Dictionary, there you will see they add another meaning (1) but the make out or have sex meaning is the most common:
HOOK UP
1. recieved a good or service as a favor
2. to make out with someone
3. to have sex with someone
EXAMPLES OF USE:
1. Jerry gave me the hook up with those backstage passes.
2. Sandra and I hooked up last night and her adams apple was kinda big
3. Hooking up with Derick last night was the biggest mistake in my life.

Well I donīt remember when the word was used in the video but there are several possibilities, take the one that makes more sense...
*As a verb, it could be to have a crush on somebody in specific or in general... "I FANCY GUYS WITH LONG, DARK HAIR"--- I really like those guys
"ALMA FANCIES HER NEW CLASSMATE" Alma has a crush on him
*Then, in the UK it could be way more general and FANCY as a verb could be a synonim of the verb WANT--- "HEY MATE, DO YOU FANCY A BEER?"
*Now as an adjective it means something that is luxurious, elegant, nice "SHE THINKS SHE IS SUCH A GREAT BIG THING WITH HER FANCY SHOES"

SAY WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT??
this is a part of the song : the rip by portishead
but what does it mean?
Wild, white horses
They will take me away
And the tenderness I feel
Will send the dark underneath
Will I follow?

Well itīs hard for me to say cause I believe this song is pure poetry (btw poetry similar to some radiohead songs)... Well to begin with there is not a specific idiomatic expression here that would lead us to believe it means X or Y undoubtedly. However I do believe that thereīs a chance she is talking about heroin... because from many names heroin receives "white" is a common one or perhaps it simply refers to the act of the horses carrying her away from her troubles (i.e. tearing her away from despair). These aren't wild white horses for no reason, after all. White is often associated with goodness and purity; horses typically represent freedom, power, and independence.
I think that there isnīt a right answer...

The phrase 'in a nutshell' refers to something that is put forth in a concise manner. It basically means to summarise something and present it in as few words as necessary to understand the matter. It is the equivalent of the phrase, "to make a long story short". This means that only the central theme or the gist of the story is told, in order to save time. For example, "here's my idea, in a nutshell, I want to have a joint venture with you".

It actually doesnīt go together all the time, I mean I am guessing you got this from that song... however the real phrase to know is "to take a bow".
bow is to bend the head or the upper part of the body in a gesture of respect or greeting. Like acknowledging applause by inclining the head, as of an artist after a performance. Or simply in a metaphoric sense to acknowledge praise or accept credit.

In deed, that sense would come from the latin root [recordari or to remember].

Contraction of am not but also used as a contraction for are not, is not, has not, and have not. This is not a correct way of talking or writing, however it is very used, but it is very very informal...
Ain't arose at the tail end of an era that saw the introduction of a number of most common contractions, including don't and won't. But while don't and won't eventually became accepted at all levels of speech and writing, ain't was to receive a barrage of criticism in the 19th century for having no set sequence of words from which it can be contracted and for being a vulgarism, that is, a term used by the lower classes, although an't at least had been originally used by the upper classes as well.
Whatever the case, criticism of ain't by usage commentators and teachers has not subsided, and the use of ain't is often regarded as a sign of ignorance. But despite all the attempts to ban it, ain't continues to enjoy extensive use in speech. Even educated and upper-class speakers see no substitute in folksy expressions such as Say it ain't so and You ain't seen nothin' yet.

I believe it actually says "Go fuck a goat" and it means nothing else than that I mean, it is just supposed to be funny, because the guy is talking about so many gross things like a dirty sanchez, hahahahaha ewww and he just tops it with zoophilia.
People, leave your animals alone!!

The take a bow thing is already answered, check the previous page... about intertwined... first, it would be the adjective (ed). It is to say for example when two roads or paths cross, it is kind of link, WHEN YOU PUT YOUR HANDS TOGETHER IN A WAY THAT YOUR FINGERS INTERTWINE ( the verb) or your fingers are INTERTWINED (the adjective)... To make it absolutely clear I will say it in Spanish... entrelazados

well slope can be slang to call a chinese person (but it is rude), slope means pendiente or cuesta, like from a hill or mountain, so just add point to that and it makes sense right?
I also found something related to mathematics that might make sense to you because to me it means nothing but letters and numbers! ha!
POINT-SLOPE FORM:
The equation of a straight line in the form y-y1 = m(x-x1), where m is the slope of the line and (x1,y1) are the coordinates of a given point on the line in a cartesian coordinate system.
